The U17 – U23 programme at Growth Development Elite is designed for ambitious young footballers who are ready to take the next step towards senior and professional football.

Delivered through a weekly session once a week, our programme provides players with a competitive and professional environment where they can continue developing their game while preparing for the demands of adult football.

At this stage, players need more than technical ability. They need to understand the demands of the game, perform consistently under pressure and develop the confidence, discipline and mentality required to progress.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

Sessions are designed around:

Advanced technical development
Playing at a higher intensity and tempo
Tactical awareness and game understanding
Position-specific development
Decision-making under pressure
1v1 attacking and defending
Physical preparation and athletic development
Match realism and competitive scenarios
Confidence, mentality and professionalism
Preparing players for the transition into senior football

EXPOSURE & OPPORTUNITIES

A key part of Growth Development Elite is creating genuine opportunities for players to showcase their ability.

Players may have opportunities to participate in showcase matches and competitive fixtures, giving them a platform to perform in front of professional clubs, scouts and other football organisations.

For players with the ability and ambition to progress, our aim is to help create a pathway towards:

Professional Club Academies | Development Squads | Senior Football | Semi-Professional Football | Professional Opportunities

We cannot guarantee selection or contracts, but we are committed to creating opportunities where players can be seen, tested and assessed in competitive environments.
